You can ride the bike course of the Gator Grinder Triathlon 2025 on your indoor trainer with ictrainer. Here´s how it works:
1. Download gpx-file from Aquabike.World
Click here to start download
2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.
7. Start your ride!

The race organizers and volunteers were very friendly and laid back. For a small community they pulled together a great event!

Year of participation: 2024 I participated in Aquabike
The swimming experience was a bit frustrating due to failure of a swimmer in my lane not following rules regarding passing. The cycling course was well marked and staffed at hot intersections where riders were given the right-of-way. The weather was terrific and parking was convenient. I hope I can participate again in the future.
