2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.

Challenge Sanremo 2024 Race Review

Year of participation: 2024 I participated in Aquabike
Overall the organization of the event is really good and the location is awesome! The swim is great, but the really bad part is the road quality on the bike course. On race day it was cloudy – that was good because you could see all the cracks and holes. When I did a course recon few days before it was sunny – so between the shadows of the trees you barely could see all the cracks. Especially on the decents this would have been super dangerous on race day. At the finish marshals told me I had to go on the run course, even after I told them I do aquabike. So I did a little extra loop before I headed back to the finish.
It breaks my heart because the location, the course and the race overall is actually great. But due to bad road quality I really can’t recommend this race and won’t do it again.
