Swim in Lake was flat and my fastest by minutes. Cycle was a little short (85km) and has one climb on each of 3 loops. Not hard but energy needs to be managed. Finish is 50m after T2 and there is a 5m long slope to run down which you need quadriceps active to negotiate. I nearly fell but everyone seemed to manage okay.
