Great local event.
This review was submitted for Bribie Triathlon Series 2024/25 - Race 3
Year of participation: 2025 I participated in Aquabike
The swim was tough – as against the tide – times therefore a bit long! However, sometimes you are with the tide and swims are very quick!!
Bike is basically flat, lots of turns so average speed reduced. Roads are traffic free and roundabouts are well marshalled to ensure directions.
Roads have a good surface and wide so easy passing. If wet some of the turns could get a little sketchy as can be leaf litter on the road.
Registration is quick, parking is ample and they have rolling presentations. Great local event. Will race again. 😊
