Three venue transition was extremely inconvenient requiring multiple shuttle rides. Water safety was virtually non-existent. Race was poorly organized. At the swim start, the RD was screaming to the waterfront to hold swimmers until the official race start time, but the officials at the waterfront started the race early anyway. The bike course was changed the day before the race. Packet pickup was a 40 minute drive from T1 where mandatory bike check in the day before the race took place. Overall a pretty terrible race.
