You can ride the bike course of the Cultus Lake Triathlon 2026 - Standard Aquabike on your indoor trainer with ictrainer. Here´s how it works:
1. Download gpx-file from Aquabike.World
Click here to start download
2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.

Year of participation: 2025 I participated in Aquabike
Great organization, friendly atmosphere and helpful. My second time competing and I felt like I could ask questions and get answers. Swim was a deep water start and rough to start but called down once there was space. Bike was beautiful but hard not to find yourself with a pack and avoid drafting due to the traffic and long flat road.
Transition was well explained and easy to follow. The finish time was made clear but the path to cross the finish line and get your medal was not clear and rather underwhelming. Not sure if names were announced for aquabike finish, you have no number once you leave transition if you took off your helmet so 3 stars for that reason.
This race had a lot of first timers which is fantastic and great to see.
