2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.

The swim was in the river estuary – clean, water at 22C. As the swim was with tide was fast but also measured only 1.3 km by GPS. The transition was about 200m. Bike course is on good roads. 4 laps, so a few turns at either end. No real gradient but can be blustery with wind. The organisation is excellent, with a friendly atmosphere.
