    Year of participation: 2025   I participated in Aquabike

    Overall very satisfied.

    Communication was good over email throughout the process. There was an issue with GDPR but that got sorted so no issues.

    Accommodation was great not far from the event and cheap.£55

    Registration then day before so no fuss.

    Loads of toilets (maybe a few urinals for male to cut down on queues)

    Race brief was good

    Swim route was easy to follow and big markers to follow.

    Bike route was easy to follow and nice and fast in parts. Took a TT but could be done on a road bike (and could be faster due to undulating ground?)

    I would say a little more sparkle at the end. Someone on the mic welcoming people over etc as I thought it was a little flat. No real issue but maybe good for first time racers to feel good.

    Overall a good World Qualification race and would do it again.

    Qualified for Worlds so happy 😀
