1. Download gpx-file from Aquabike.World
Click here to start download
2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.

Year of participation: 2025 I participated in Aquabike
This is THE BEST race I’ve been to, and I continue to go to year after year.
The course and race is designed to make the beginner feel comfortable and the seasoned athlete feel challenged.
The finish line makes you feel celebrated.
The food is cooked by a local chef and cannot be outdone.
The race swag is phenomenal.
The race director Rich makes everyone feel like part of the family.
The volunteers are out of this world fabulous
