You can ride the bike course of the TridelSol Triathlon 2024 - Super Sprint Aquabike on your indoor trainer with ictrainer. Here´s how it works:
1. Download gpx-file from Aquabike.World
Click here to start download
2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.

Year of participation: 2025 I participated in Aquabike
This is a beautiful hidden gem of a race. Swim is usually right on the boarder of being wetsuit legal because of the water temp this time of year, so be prepared to swim it without a wetsuit. Bike course is moderately hilly IMO but smooth and beautiful. Bring a headlamp because you’ll need it to setup in the morning.
