You can ride the bike course of the Captex Tri 2026 - Sprint Aquabike on your indoor trainer with ictrainer. Here´s how it works:
1. Download gpx-file from Aquabike.World
Click here to start download
2. Download and install icTrainer app
Free trial for 30 days and only $ 23.49 per year after that
3. Open icTrainer, complete the userprofile and connect your indoor trainer
4. Click on “Import File” and choose “Real Course (gpx)”
5. Select gpx-file from your computer
6. Include warmup or cooldown
Choose if you´d like to include a warmup or cooldown before and after riding the course.
7. Start your ride!

Year of participation: 2025 I participated in Aquabike
The Austin community is what makes me come back to this event every year. Unfortunately, as an Aquabike athlete, not much is done to set up a great experience. You start in the back of swimmers and have to maneuver through all the other groups. Also there is no real finish line for Aquabike athletes, Aquabike is given awards last, and there is no Aquabike overall winner trophy like the other categories have.
