Last summer we presented Coach Steve´s 12 week aquabike training plan to get ready for the European Aquabike Championships in Bilbao in September. I´m really excited to inform you that Coach Steve now created a whole bunch of aquabike specific training plans for different race distances, performance levels and time periods. To make it really easy to find the right training plan for you to prepare for your season highlight, we created a little tool to help you with that.
We can now offer all different versions of training plans for standard and middle distance aquabike races. On every event page of events over those distances you will find the part “Your Training Plan for this event”.
The you need to choose three parameters:
For performance level you can choose between beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Then you can select your preferred time period between 12 and 26 weeks. To help you with that can also see here, how many weeks are left to this event.
Depending if you have a power meter on your bike you then can choose between power based and heart rate based. After selecting those three things the button “Get my training plan!” will lead you directly to the booking page for your preferred traing plan.
If you don´t plan to train for a specific event (or you don´t want to look it up on our website) you can also choose your right training plan at our Aquabike Training Plan page.
